Come join our organization and be part of an exciting team supporting our Federal, DoD and Private Sector customers!Job Classification This position is classified as part time non-exempt hourly at 3 days (24 hours) per week.Duties and Responsibilities Operational Support: Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including monitoring workflows, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to optimize performance. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements. Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes. Prepare reports on operational metrics, performance trends, and areas for improvement. Project Coordination: Support various projects by coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring milestones are met. Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as necessary. Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment of goals and activities. Inventory and Resource Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage supply orders, and ensure resource allocation aligns with operational needs. Customer Support: Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Training and Development: Train staff on new processes and procedures, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively. Qualifications Travel is not anticipated for this positions but may occur up to 5% of the time. Proven experience in an operations or process improvement role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Conflict Manager or related, preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. May be required to undergo a standard background check along with verification of education requirements Pay & Benefits $45-55 an hour Part-time Time off benefits: Pro-rated Holidays/Vacation/Sick time accrual.Physical Requirements The physical demands described herein are representative of those which may need to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in an office environment. If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull.
