The Senior Administrative Assistant will participate as a member of the Personal Support Services team whose common goal is fostering an environment which supports individuals in pursuit of their hopes, dreams and personal outcomes. Provide clerical support and assistance to the Area Director and to the programs of a specific area. Some responsibilities include: Financial Management - support Directors, DSP's, AD's - complete semi-annual financial assessments for program in area and provide financial training to staff Reconcile PCards for Area Director and Directors Pay bills for all programs in the area Assists with budget preparation and variance analysis Support and participate in recruiting efforts, and be part of the Recruiting TASK Force. Staffing support Calendar management (staff meetings, Area Director Appointments, etc.) Schedule meetings, set up rooms, make meal arrangements, clean up, provide necessary technical support Contact, schedule, work with Vendors Evolv data entry as instructed Complete Necessary Documentation and Record Keeping Maintain training records and track compliance Support and assist Area Director with clerical tasks, tracking of information and other projects as assigned.
