We are looking for a mission driven Dentist to join our team! The Dentist works as part of the dental team to provide high-quality, primary dental care services to patients of all ages, in alignment with OneWorld's mission. The Dentist works in conjunction with dental leadership to achieve industry-leading clinical outcomes in accordance with accepted dental practice standards and policies.

This is a full-time position located on our main campus (30^th & L) . The schedule will be 40 hours per week, generally Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduation from an accredited dental school with a degree of Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) required.
2. Active, valid, unrestricted license to practice as a Dentist in the state of Nebraska; or license eligibility.
3. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration required.
4. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
5. Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products required; experience with an Electronic Dental Record preferred.
6. Proficiency in English required; proficiency in Spanish preferred.
7. Demonstrated ability to relate with warmth and empathy to culturally diverse patients, as well as other providers and staff members.
8. Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of general dentistry and oral surgery.
9. Ability to be credentialed and approved by OneWorld's Board of Directors.
10. Ability and willingness to travel to and from multiple work locations for coverage purposes, if needed.
11. Completion of a Dental General Practice Residency (GPR) or an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) preferred.

Providers at OneWorld are eligible for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program which provides full-time dentists with $50,000, tax free, for student loans with a two-year commitment to the institution. This is renewable, year by year after the initial period.
