We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Equity Trader to join our Buy Side Trading Solutions Team. This role is located in Boston, MA - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Manage all aspects of executing complex order flow across a global, multi-asset trading business, in support of a wide range of investment strategies.
As a senior team member, partner with traders, the investment team, trade support, quant research and engineering to evolve our trading practices and ensure efficient implementation of investment decisions.
Establish and maintain constructive relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, vendors, and counterparties.
Ensure client orders are executed in an efficient, timely, cost-effective manner, and in line with trade instructions. Work closely with peers in middle office and with counterparties to ensure efficient and accurate booking of trades.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
7+ years of experience in an institutional trading role, with a deep expertise in the buyside trading workflows.
Equities trading experience is a must, with additional product experience preferred, with a focus on global markets.
FINRA Series 7 License required. Series 3, 63 preferred.
Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced/graduate degree a plus.
Experience with OMS and EMS workflows, market data platforms and trading venues.
A risk management mindset and demonstrated commitment to maintaining compliance with corporate policies.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment without compromising attention to detail or risk management.
Intellectually curious, self-starter mindset - capable of grasping complex concepts and workflows and a desire to continually improve.
