Why Mind Works?

There are a lot of other jobs out there, but what sets us apart is our passion to help heal children and teens. When you become part of our team you will see that our company’s vision, mission, and values are aligned to focus on children ages 3-17 and their caregivers.

What can be more rewarding in a career than to help impact the future generation of leaders? What also makes us unique is that we specialize in integrated behavioral healthcare for children, meaning we treat the “whole child” by offering therapy, psychological testing, and medication all under one roof.

We also train all our therapists in evidenced based play therapy modalities and provide continuing education and supervision so that parents can feel safe knowing that every provider in our practice is held to a higher standard of care.

We also invest in each provider individually to help them grow professionally within our organization. Providers at Mind Works are being trained and supervised to become Registered Play Therapists and will obtain a credential that sets them apart.

Mind Works is focused on quality versus quantity and works to ensure that every parent is equipped with the tools necessary to support their child.

_If you believe you have been called to make a difference in the world, then consider making an impact in the life of a child. _

As you consider other job opportunities in the community, know that when you join Mind Works you will be part of an amazing team of like-minded individuals whose purpose is to impact the community one child at a time. Join our team today and see how you can be a part of something great!
