Agency Account Executive

Our boutique agency client in the Life Sciences space is looking for an Agency Account Executive to join their team on a fulltime basis!

This will be a hybrid role, onsite in Carlsbad 2-3 times per week.

This Agency Account Executive will be responsible for:

• Attending client calls and taking notes to share with the larger account team and creative studio
• Helping to traffic print and digital projects
• Updating project trackers
• Assisting with financial tracking
• Checking revisions on collateral and filing correctly
• Setting up projects in Basecamp
• Responding to client inquiries and questions
• Providing project notes and client goals with the creative studio for project context
• Attending weekly creative studio status meetings to send updates to clients
• Assisting with SOW's
• Serving as that support for not only clients, but internal account and project managers
  
  

The ideal Agency Account Executive will have:

• MUST HAVE 2+ years of agency experience helping to manage clients, answering client questions and participating in client status calls
• Experience liaising between clients and creative studio
• Experience working with regulatory heavy industries
• Project management skills
