Responsibilities

  • Maintain a solid understanding of our total business solutions, competitive landscape, and business operations/interdependencies as well as HR best practices, legal compliance requirements, company policies, procedures, and programs. Build and maintain relationships with management to drive the execution of HR solutions while ensuring a high degree of relevance and impact.
  • Provide HR Business support for management by partnering to address challenges and opportunities within their regions, leveraging SME knowledge of HR offerings and internal relationship networking.
  • Assess and diagnose challenges and opportunities related to organizational effectiveness and readiness for designated populations.
  • Participate in the identification, development, implementation, and management of key programs, such as the future of work, mentoring programs, and other initiatives geared at driving business results.
  • Communicate and educate employees on company culture, policies, and practices, fostering an environment that encourages open interactions.
  • Work with managers and supervisors on a one-on-one basis to provide support related to leadership competencies.
  • Participate in the development and rollout of various enablement efforts to improve team member experience, customer outcomes, and business results.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in a business environment partnering with others to drive improved outcomes for the business through human capital initiatives.
  • Strong coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, program management, process development, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships throughout varying levels and functions within an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide consultative support to management on critical organizational issues in a dispersed environment.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to multitask. Must be a self-starter who holds self accountable for delivering timely results.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or related field; MBA preferred. PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP designation desired.
  • Three+ years of experience as a consultative HR Business Partner in a dispersed multi-state/international environment preferred; prior management experience desired.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws in a multi-state and international environment.
