Responsibilities

  1. Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction.
  2. Follow up with leads via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate sales.
  3. Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close.
  4. Assist potential home buyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget.
  5. Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market.
  6. Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale.
  7. Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market.
  8. Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
  9. Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home.
  10. Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers.

Qualifications

  1. Must be licensed in Virginia (Maryland and/or DC a plus).
  2. Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Familiarity with the area's real estate market conditions and current real estate trends.
  4. High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  5. 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience.
  6. Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry.
  7. Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car.
  8. Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success.

Compensation

$100,000 + (Commission Based)
