**Hourly Rate:** $18.00-$23.00hr
**Shift Times:** Shift times will vary depending on client needs

**Job Requirements:**
* Prior experience in food service is required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
* Must arrive dressed in chef coats or cook’s jackets, with black pants, and be well groomed, wearing black closed-toe non-skid shoes.
**Duties & Responsibilities: **
* Prepare and assist in food production using fryers, grills, and ovens.
* Follow recipes, apply knife skills, and ensure proper labeling and dating of food.
* Monitor and record food and refrigeration temperatures according to safety guidelines.
* Stock and organize grab-and-go coolers, drinks, soup stations, shelves, and condiments.
* Set up and break down serving lines and kitchen equipment.
* Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including counters, utensils, floors, refrigerators, and stock rooms.
* Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and allergy protocols.
* Follow all kitchen policies, procedures, and supervisor instructions.
