Job Overview - Head of Product:
Join our trusted client in Cincinnati, OH, as the Head of Product, driving strategy and overseeing the full product lifecycle in mechanical engineering, while integrating with electrical, industrial, controls, and software systems to support urban mobility infrastructure.

Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000/year
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-Site)

Responsibilities as the Head of Product:

• Product Strategy: Develop a product roadmap balancing sustainability, growth, and customer needs.
• Team Leadership: Work closely with mechanical, electrical, industrial, controls, and software teams to ensure product goals are met.
• Compliance: Ensure products comply with ASME A.17.1 safety codes and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Customer Feedback: Translate customer input into product features and priorities.
• Communication: Interface with leadership and clients to ensure product alignment.

Qualifications for the Head of Product:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related STEM field.
• Experience: 5+ years of Product Management in Mechanical Engineering and another discipline (Electrical, Industrial, Controls, or Software).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD and FEM/FEA tools, strong knowledge of GD&T principles.
• Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional teams and contributing to leadership teams.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in mobility, transportation, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
