Job Summary: As a Vice President in Treasury Services, part of J.P. Morgan Payments, you will develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, monitor industry trends, and support business case development. Treasury Services is committed to digitizing payments and enhancing user interfaces, and your role involves significant exposure to senior management, requiring exceptional leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for Treasury Services.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on key initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Partner across functions to build and assess business cases.
- Drive Business Reviews and strategic content creation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to TS leadership.
- Coordinate meetings and strategic discussions.
- Establish and track cross-product KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 8 years in financial services, focusing on treasury services or business management.
- BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- MBA or equivalent.
- Experience with strategy or business management in financial services.
