Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various channels to address inquiries and issues
  • Efficiently resolve customer concerns and escalate as needed
  • Respond to requests for assistance and process payments
  • Document call information and provide feedback on call issues
  • Opportunity for upselling when appropriate

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills
