Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels to address inquiries and issues
- Efficiently resolve customer concerns and escalate as needed
- Respond to requests for assistance and process payments
- Document call information and provide feedback on call issues
- Opportunity for upselling when appropriate
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven call center experience
- Typing speed of 25 WPM
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and listening skills
