Interns are the primary candidates for our Finance and Accounting Rotational program. The FAR program is a three-year leadership accelerated development experience designed specifically to prepare and develop finance leaders of the future.Our Rotational Analysts develop critical leadership, systems and technical skills through diverse rotational assignments, customized training, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Rotational Analysts complete three one-year rotations, including a rotation in a new geographic location.
