Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a talented Non-Tactical Vehicle ( NTV) Fleet Manager to join the Peraton Southern European Task Force - Africa (SETAF-AF) Strategic Mission Support (SMS) team. Location: Vicenza, Italy. In this role you will: As the NTV Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for a comprehensive range of duties, including operational and administrative support, logistics management operations, understanding fleet and support functions, requirements identification, dispatch and fleet status management, key control implementations, coordination of fleet services, vendor and unit coordination, invoice management, and program support and training. This includes managing all Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) related services for the SETAF-AF GSA NTV program and directing logistics management operations to support the program. You will need to possess a general knowledge of agency program planning, funding, management, and related Information Systems (ISs) used for dispatching, services, or lifecycle records. Identify requirements for funding, manpower, material, facilities, and services to support the program and ensuring timely and appropriate support is crucial. Provide current dispatch status, availability, condition, and service schedule of the vehicle fleet by individual vehicle within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) to the SETAF-AF G4, through established reporting procedures is essential. You will establish and implement key control methods to prevent loss or misuse of fleet assets, report discrepancies immediately, and serve as the fleet management point of contact. Your responsibilities also include coordinating dispatches, maintenance, repairs, vehicle rotation, lifecycle management, and routinely liaising with GSA, SETAF-AF units, HHBN, Directorate and Staff, and commercial vendors. Monitor and process monthly repair or service invoices, supporting the expansion of the GSA NTV program, and providing user/operator training as needed are also key components of the role. #SETAF Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience with vehicle fleet management responsibilities. An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Proficient communication skills in the local language (i.e., Italian) due to frequent interaction with local service and repair shops. Proficient with GCSS-ARMY, including at least 3 years recent GCSS-Army experience. U.S. citizenship required Active Secret Security Clearance. Desired: 10 years Army logistical experience. 3 years recent experience supporting Army logistical operations in an OCONUS environment. Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000.
