Your Role:

The Director, Intelligent Factory at Reynolds Consumer Products is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance manufacturing operations through the integration of advanced technologies and data analytics. This role focuses on optimizing operational processes, improving equipment efficiency, and ensuring the reliability of manufacturing systems. You will have the opportunity to:

  1. Develop and implement a strategic vision for operational technology and plant intelligence initiatives that align with RCP objectives.
  2. Identify trends and opportunities in manufacturing technology to drive innovation and competitiveness.
  3. Ensure seamless communication between IT and OT environments to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.
  4. Lead efforts in data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor production performance, equipment effectiveness, and quality metrics.
  5. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision making to assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, and IT teams to align operational technology initiatives with RCP business goals.
  7. Provide training and resources to staff for new technologies and data analytics tools to promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  8. Manage budgets for Plant Intelligence initiatives, ensuring cost effectiveness and alignment with strategic priorities.
  9. Travel to and work with multiple manufacturing facilities within Reynolds.

We need you to have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, or electrical), computer science, information technology, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations with a focus on operational technology, data analytics, or process improvement.
  3. Demonstrated experience in leadership positions, managing cross-functional teams, and projects.
  4. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to execution, including budget management and resource allocation.
  5. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  6. 3+ years of project management experience.
  7. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial automation, and data management practices.
  8. Expertise in data analytics tools and methodologies, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  9. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with capacity to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting information to stakeholders.
  11. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams through change and innovation.
  12. Ability to travel (20%).

Icing on the cake:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, engineering management, or related field.
  • Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
