As a National Wholesale Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating and managing wholesale mortgage sales. You will leverage our inside marketing leads, self-generated referrals, and existing accounts to maximize your sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage wholesale mortgage sales.
- Utilize inside marketing leads, self-generated referrals, and existing accounts.
- Discuss mortgage loan products and programs fluently over the phone.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow your business.
- Provide accurate forecasts, customer insights, and market intelligence to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure new business and enhance account development.
- Great Work Ethic and a Winning Attitude : Passionate about achieving and exceeding goals.
- Strong Sales Background : Proven track record in mortgage sales.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills : Commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of recent Non-QM mortgage sales experience (required).
- Competitive Compensation : Base pay plus uncapped commission, with potential earnings ranging north of $500,000 per year.
- Comprehensive Training : Continuous sales and product training to keep you ahead in the industry.
- Supportive Work Environment : Collaborative team culture and supportive management.
