Profile

As an Area Vice President of Sales within the Enterprise Financial Services team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Regional VPs, who are leading sales teams selling the world's #1 platform application into the largest banks within the US. This team will formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned region, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate tremendous annual growth in revenue and bookings.
  2. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for growing the company's customer base.
  3. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  4. Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
  5. Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.

Required Skills/Experience

  1. 2nd line leadership experience leading teams selling into large Banks within the US.
  2. Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining a high performing enterprise sales organization.
  3. Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  4. 12 years in software and/or applications sales, selling primarily to the CxO level.
  5. Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and referenceable customers.
  6. Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions.
  7. Strong operational and analytical abilities.
  8. Strategic enterprise sales experience and revenue achievement selling multiple enterprise software offerings.
  9. Bachelor degree preferred.
