Our collegial and innovative team treats a diverse population in our well supported clinic that includes an infusion center, nurse navigator, and soon to be palliative care team on site.
Position Highlights:
● Join 2 well established MD’s and 2 APPs.
● Office hours, M-F, 8am to 5pm
● Average of 20 patient visits per day
● No Call
● 10-bed infusion Center at hospital/Practice on the hospital campus
● Nurse navigator on site
● Palliative Care program in process of expanding from telehealth to onsite services
