Candidates must be available to work Wednesday through Sunday nights.
For their role in directly assisting guests, we include our hosts in the tip pool.
Duties include:
-Helping manage the flow and plotting of the reservation book,
-Greeting guests warmly and checking coats if needed,
-Managing overflow and taking drink orders for waiting guests,
-Directing information back and forth with the floor staff in regards to plotting and turn times,
-Ability to describe all aspects of the food and beverage menus,
-Assisting General Manager with admin work,
-Being able to assist with what is needed for service in any given moment,
-Experience with OpenTable is a plus.
