What You’ll Work On
The Finance Director will oversee all financial aspects of the Campbell Scientific Business Unit (CSBU), including financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. This individual will support strategic decision making and optimize the company’s financial performance.
You’ll Support Your Team by Performing the Following Key Tasks:
- Financial Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals. - Financial Operations Management:
Oversee all accounting, tax, and regulatory functions. - Risk Management and Compliance:
Identify, assess, and manage financial risks. - Leadership:
Provide leadership and insights on strategy and execution. - Investor and Stakeholder Relations:
Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and investors.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
- Experience managing financial operations in technology or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles.
- Exceptional planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
The job operates in a clerical office setting in Logan, UT. Travel may occasionally be required.
Physical Requirements:
The position requires sitting for extended periods of time. Requires the ability to see.
