Job Requirements / Description

As WithMe's Recruiter , you will take part in growing WithMe's team. You will strategize and execute the recruiting efforts for numerous roles, predominantly sales positions, at all levels. Furthermore, you are a results-oriented achiever, and as such you never settle for less than a rockstar candidate. You will engage in proactive sourcing to ensure we speak with the very best talent for any assigned roles as well as connecting with referrals. You love the 'thrill of the hunt' of finding world-class passive candidates, and you're not hesitant to reach out to hundreds of passive candidates per week. This position reports directly to the Director of People and is a fully remote role.



The Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and attract the country's top talent.
  • Regularly engage in proactive outreach campaigns to passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
  • Guide candidates through the applicant lifecycle, keeping the interviewing team up to date on progress.
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers to plan and execute sourcing strategy.
  • Manage company onboarding process expectations for candidates post job-acceptance.
  • Design and implement new and creative ideas around talent acquisition, candidate experience, interview process, and recruiting automation.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams to schedule all interview steps in the process.
  • Manage multiple requisitions at a time based on company hiring needs.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by consistently updating and maintaining the relationship throughout the hiring process.
  • Keep all open requisitions organized and current within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Train and support junior personnel on recruiting, the company's interview process, and the ATS.
  • Develop and administer training for all interviewers, including on the use of the ATS.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • A team player who can also work independently to complete day-to-day tasks.
  • Ability to work remotely.
