Lead - IT Risk and Security

Position: Risk Management Leader

Overview: seeking a leader to oversee risk management across the region and specific areas. The candidate will ensure that important risks are understood and aligned with acceptable levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to identify and reduce risks in the Global/International Region.
• Build partnerships across various teams to understand risks.
• Assess risks, including their likelihood and impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain controls for visibility into risks.
• Monitor and report on risks to ensure understanding and mitigation.
• Lead a global team, mentor members, and improve processes.
• Collaborate with different organizations to enhance decision-making regarding risk.
• Evaluate risks related to applications and vendors.
• Establish consistent reporting practices for communication with leadership.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in risk management or cybersecurity.
• Experience with international organizations is preferred.
• Multilingual, with proficiency in English.
