About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to identify and secure new clients through in-person meetings, networking, and attending events. You will play a pivotal role in driving company growth by generating leads and converting them into revenue.
Main Activities:
- Represent the company at national and local events to connect with potential clients
- Develop and cultivate business opportunities by tailoring our unique value proposition for senior executives
- Create and manage lead generation and sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales/client solutions experience
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and client retention
- Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs
- Native English proficiency or fully bilingual
- Experience in selling nearshore IT professional services a plus
