This leader will develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent, ensuring INTEGRIS Health’s competitive edge in the market. The Vice President, Talent Acquisition collaborates with other senior leaders to ensure that the talent acquisition strategy aligns with the broader business goals and sets a clear direction for the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes. This role will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, create a seamless and engaging recruitment journey, and leverage data analytics to drive informed decisions.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- The VP, Talent Acquisition will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer
- Talent Acquisition team: 45 FTEs
- Employee Population: 11,500 strong
- HR/ATS System: Oracle

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in using data to solve problems and drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
