About the Job:

  • Support the maintenance of all IT related matters including licensing tracking, application management, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate the preparation of equipment for shipping and distribution within the office.
  • Manage all vendor invoices, inventory audits, and purchasing equipment from suppliers.
  • Assist management team with special projects and operational tasks as needed including creation of IT guides and manuals.

About You:

  • Experienced. You have at least two years of previous IT experience.
  • Tech-savvy. You’re proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Multitasker. You have the ability to juggle various tasks throughout the day and you are incredibly organized.
  • Professional. You work well with others but can also complete tasks independently.
