Who They Are

We are working with a privately-held decorative plumbing manufacturer and most recent finalist for Best of Year 2023 Product and Winner of Best of Year 2023 for Interior Design Magazine. This person will be managing a multi-state territory, traveling only within their major metro area and handling everything else remotely alongside their direct report. This is a true hunter role with a well-researched account list, no micro-managing, and an uncapped commission program!

What You'll Do

1. Secure commercial specifications of company products
2. Build and maintain relationships with decision makers and key influencers
3. Schedule regular product knowledge seminars with architectural and design firms
4. Provide clients with budget/pricing, product changes, and order status

What You'll Need

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Experience as a sales manager
3. Experience in the kitchen and bath space
4. Understanding of sales performance metrics
5. Ability to travel
