StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2138.39 - $2463.80
Start Date: 11/11/24Bill Rate: $105.00/hrVMS MSP OID: Fees: 5%Modality: MammoCredentialing req: vax and flu required, booster optional. F not accepting declinations.Requirements: SS# and DOB needed to create profile in technology. RTO requested at time of submissionshift: 40 hrs/week. 8-hr days Monday thought Friday with possible Saturday rotation. License: yes, MA...will wait...allow 4 weeksEquipment: screening and diagnosticBill GWW: no, F has call off language...can cancel 1 shift/monthOT Bill: 1.22x BROn Call: noBilling Cycle: weeklyNotice: 30 daysParking: not available - take public transportation...see MBTA website (budget about $100/mo)Dress Code: scrubs any colordoc deadline is 1 week plus 1 day prior to start date. doc deadline is very rigid....if deadline passes - T will be pushed.
