Core Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience as a restaurant manager or similar leadership role in high-volume dining.
- Must have longevity (2 years + under the same restaurant/group).
- Corporate restaurant and independent restaurant experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading and developing a team, while consistently communicating value and building confidence.
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Open and receptive to feedback.
