Job Summary

 

The position plans, runs and delivers projects designed to improve the HR function in the organization. Other than that, we are looking for someone that have a large experience on Payroll HCM software implementation and deep understanding of the Mexican labour legislation.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Represent the local Payroll teams needs and manages the associated working with third parties to ensure system design and delivery meets expectations.

Feeds into the HR Process Lead.

Knowledge of the past/current with a view/open on how things can change in the future.

Feeds into test script creation and be involved in testing.

Experience in local Payroll.

Coordination of local Payroll Leads / SMEs.

Deep knowledge of Mexican labor legislation, Payroll & Time & Attendance.

Document implementation process for future reference and continuous improvement.

 

 

Qualifications and Competencies

 

Bachelor’s degree or similar education in HR

At least 5 years of proven experience in Payroll.

Dayforce HCM and ITOS experience is a plus.

Expert computer literacy, including project management software;

Proven Team leadership ability;

Ability to work with highly skilled professionals

Above average planning, communication, problem solving and facilitation skills

Strong positive, service-oriented attitude

Ability to work under deadline pressure and straight commitment with financial and budget targets.

Native spanish speaker and fluent english as the corporate language. Portuguese is a plus.
