We are working with a leading full-service provider of roofing and exterior services, actively seeking a Branch Manager for their Waco, TX location. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for driving day-to-day operations, overseeing business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service for the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, operations management, and team leadership.

Position Overview

As Branch Manager, you’ll manage the Waco branch with full P&L responsibility , set strategic business goals, and lead efforts to grow revenue while building strong relationships with clients and the local community. You’ll be part of the leadership team, collaborating on business strategies, marketing efforts, and operational improvements to drive success across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations for the Waco region with a focus on profit and loss management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading by example with outstanding customer service.
  • Lead community outreach efforts to enhance brand reputation and goodwill.
  • Collaborate with district leadership on marketing, advertising, and growth campaigns.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and mentor a team to meet performance objectives and align with company goals.
  • Manage implementation of software and IT initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Set clear goals for team members, conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and industry developments to position the branch for long-term success.
  • Build new customer relationships while expanding the existing client portfolio.
  • Lead business development efforts, contributing to customer acquisition and growth strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of achieving results through team collaboration.
  • Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes across departments.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, customer service, and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Spanish-speaking skills are preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in operations or branch management.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
