Responsibilities
- Be the front line for our employees and answer questions and concerns about HR policies, processes and benefits
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding; is responsible for accurate processing of HR transactions and reporting
- Partner with HR Partners, centers of excellence and other cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and resolve people issues in a timely and effective manner
- Identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with HR team to develop and implement lasting solutions
- Provide administrative support to HR team on events, projects and programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-pace environment
- Dependable team player with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with handling confidential information
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs
