Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a litigation associate to join the firm’s Irvine, California office. The firm has a robust litigation practice and handles some of the largest cases in federal and state courts around the country. Womble is looking for an associate with 4-8 years of experience in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, as well as court experience. Ideal candidates will have employment experience, plus strong general litigation skills. Womble also expects all associates to meaningfully participate in business development efforts and to value diversity as a core professional benefit.

Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in California. Candidates must have experience as a federal court clerk and must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. The estimated salary range for this role in California is $235,000-$279,000 a year.
