We are seeking an Agile Technical Lead to guide an organization’s transition to leveraging Azure DevOps (ADO). You will provide the expertise, training, and change management needed to help maximize the value of ADO for optimizing processes, establishing work management tool standards, making data-based decisions, and building a culture focused on business agility.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach teams on agile principles and mindsets to evolve ways of working as they transition to ADO.
  • Train employees on utilizing ADO to streamline processes, increase transparency, and use data for decision-making.
  • Support data mapping and migration from Jira to ADO.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize workflows between teams and build efficiencies.
  • Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and leverage Power Automate for enhanced data-driven reporting.
  • Champion the change and gain buy-in across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot challenges and find solutions tailored to team dynamics.
  • Partner with Azure DevOps and Jira Admins on configuration changes that increase agile maturity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in an agile environment as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of ADO and Jira tools and how to optimize them to increase agility.
  • Data analysis, Power BI, and Power Automate experience.
  • Passion for enabling change and aptitude for gaining buy-in.
  • Strong consulting skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Self-starter mindset with an ability to drive initiatives and solve problems.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
