Spoon and Stable is looking for an experinced host to join our team!
Responsibilities include:
Exhibiting genuine hospitality in all interactions
Welcoming our guests to Spoon and Stable
Managing reservations using Tock
Seating guests in the dining room and lounge
Maintaining the waitlist
Coordinating the guest experience with service and management teams
Welcoming deliveries and other visitors during the day
Responding to guest inquiries and reservation requests over the phone
Confirming reservations via phone and text message
Assisting with administrative tasks
Sunday availability is required.
This position is eligible to receive a portion of the hospitality charge collected on all guest checks. Paid time off and health, dental, accident, and life insurance plans are available after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) retirement plan with company matching is available after one year.
