Account Manager - Commercial Landscaping

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial client accounts and developing new business opportunities in the maintenance division. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
Major responsibilities:
Responsible for customer contract maintenance agreements
Work closely with management to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Work closely with the business development teams to identify upsell opportunities
Maintain a satisfactory level of contract renewals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant work experience
Must have valid drivers license
Fluent English; Spanish proficiency highly desired
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
