Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Adobe Practice Delivery Leader to lead and drive the successful delivery of Adobe projects and initiatives within our organization. As the Adobe Practice Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Adobe solutions, ensuring they meet the business needs and exceed client expectations. Your expertise in Adobe technology, project management, and team leadership will be instrumental in achieving project objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Project Delivery Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Adobe projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Offer Management

  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to review and assess project proposals and ensure they align with the organization's capabilities and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop competitive and compelling project offers, taking into account the scope, budget, timeline, and resource requirements.

Project Staffing

  • Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to identify and recruit top Adobe professionals, including administrators, developers, and consultants.
  • Assess project resource requirements and allocate the right talent to projects based on their skills, expertise, and availability.
  • Plan and coordinate training and upskilling initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the Adobe team members.
  • Collaborate with the Adobe Global leadership to validate learning and development objectives and leverage learning and development assets to meet and exceed alliance certification targets.
  • Implement effective workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet project demands.

Adobe Expertise

  • Stay abreast of the latest Adobe developments, updates, and features, and apply that knowledge to enhance project outcomes and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership on Adobe best practices, tools, and methodologies to drive successful project deliveries.
  • Lead the way in driving global collaboration, connecting US-based center of excellence Adobe leaders to subject matter experts across regions.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Adobe professionals, encouraging collaboration, skill development, and high performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to team members to enhance their capabilities and growth.
  • Manage billable utilization for the team to the defined targets for the practice.

Process Improvement

  • Identify areas for process improvement within the Adobe practice, optimizing project delivery methodologies, tools, and templates.
  • Work with the leadership team to establish and implement best practices for Adobe project management.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that Adobe projects adhere to quality standards and comply with established guidelines and protocols.
  • Perform regular audits and reviews of project deliverables to ensure they align with client requirements and project objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in successfully managing and delivering Adobe projects.
  • Adobe certifications.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe platform capabilities, configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex client relationships and managing client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients.
  • Project management expertise with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
