Founding Engineer

Our client is a cutting-edge Voice AI tech company committed to fixing today's broken interviewing process. Backed by top-tier investors and early customers, they build voice agents that think and sound like humans so that companies can interview 10x faster, 10x cheaper and 10x better. Their goal is to eliminate all the wasted time and money in the $731B global labor staffing market.

They are looking for a smart generalist and product-minded Founding Engineer who ships fast, is opinionated, and can think from a customer point of view.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the founders to design and build technical systems from the simplest components (integrations, APIs) to projects on the cutting edge of Voice AI around reliability and latency for hundreds of concurrent interviews
• Design and build multiple 0 to 100 projects around automating the recruiting process
• Work to fine tune modes to limit hallucination and increase content standardization
• Build workflow software that allows companies to create the best interview

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from a top-tier university
• Experience with Python, Typescript, SQL, and NoSQL (preferred)
• Strong history of shipping projects from conception to execution
• Experience or interest in Voice AI
• In NYC or wants to move to NYC
