Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence tools. This role involves working closely with Federal clients to gather, analyze, and present data to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI with DAX & M.
- Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate.
- Create and maintain custom applications using Power Apps.
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI platforms.
- Document BI processes, methodologies, and data models.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Active Top Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
- Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Experience with Power Apps for custom application development.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience in both Microsoft Power BI (DAX & M), Power Apps (Canvas Apps), & Power Automate.
- Microsoft Power App Maker Certification and/or Microsoft Data Analyst Associate Certification.
- Experience with data modeling, cleansing, and transformation of large datasets.
- Understanding and analyzing data to generate business insights, and providing specific recommendations, based on those findings, to optimize business results.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
