Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence tools. This role involves working closely with Federal clients to gather, analyze, and present data to support strategic decision-making.

  1. Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI with DAX & M.
  2. Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate.
  3. Create and maintain custom applications using Power Apps.
  4. Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
  5. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  6. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  8. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI platforms.
  9. Document BI processes, methodologies, and data models.
  10. Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  1. Active Top Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
  4. Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
  5. Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
  6. Experience with Power Apps for custom application development.
  7. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

  1. Experience in both Microsoft Power BI (DAX & M), Power Apps (Canvas Apps), & Power Automate.
  2. Microsoft Power App Maker Certification and/or Microsoft Data Analyst Associate Certification.
  3. Experience with data modeling, cleansing, and transformation of large datasets.
  4. Understanding and analyzing data to generate business insights, and providing specific recommendations, based on those findings, to optimize business results.
  5. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
