Job Summary

The fraud specialist is responsible for processing all debit card disputes for the bank along with running Client Central, CAMS reports. The candidate will be responsible to learn, understand and comply with Regulation E.

Applicants must be available to work Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process the paperwork for Debit Card Fraud (Reg E):
    • Credit provisional credit and balance Master Credit Account
    • Follow up on CNS notices through reports in Client Central
    • Responsible for reporting re-occurring Fraud to Management.
    • Responsible for Debit card reports (IC10 & IE56)

  • Maintain necessary training to keep abreast of changes and revise procedures accordingly.
  • Assist Branch Personnel in solving and answering questions to problems.

  • Document all customer transactions in Customer Relationship Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting and resolving problems via telephone and email
  • Reissue/and cancel Card Compromised, send letters to customers impacted.
  • Cross Sell Bank Products

Marginal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Back up Research Clerk/Deposit Operations Specialist
  • Process Bank Verification/ Restraints/Levies
  • Responsible for processing the following tasks:
    • Posting incoming and outgoing wires,
    • Internal posting
    • Bank by mail
    • CD Tickler
    • HSA Deposits


  • Assist in training others within the department
  • Any other tasks assigned by management
