Role Description
SkyView has an immediate opening for an experienced Client Service Operations Representative. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as client services, communication, account opening, billing, subscription documents, and other financial operations. The rep will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide top-notch customer service. Applicants should have prior experience working in an operations position at a financial firm.
Responsibilities
- Key point of contact for operations both internally and externally with clients
- Onboarding accounts and following up with AML/KYC, legal, and compliance within the firm
- Managing fund subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls
- Facilitating transactions and completing paperwork (new accounts, transferring accounts, routine maintenance)
- Working with custodial service teams
- Digital recordkeeping in CRM, custodial systems, portfolio accounts systems etc.
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Client Service skills
- Undergraduate degree
- > 3 years of experience in operations/client service
- Experience working with custodial platforms such as Charles Schwab
- Experience handling fund operations (subscriptions, AML/KYC etc)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- On-site at least 3 days a week
