Real Estate Buyers Salesperson

We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction.
2. Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget.
3. Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market.
4. Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.
5. Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills.
3. At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience.
4. Show a track record of real estate success.
5. Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry.
6. A proven track record of success.
7. Sales experience preferred.
8. At least two years experience as real estate agent with $3 Million in volume.
9. Conversationally fluent in English and Spanish, other languages a plus.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 commission based
