About The Opportunity

Our client, a top AmLaw Global 100 firm, is currently seeking an Associate Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to join their Intellectual Property practice in Austin, Texas. In this client-facing role, you will work with US-based clients in a variety of industries.

Required Education, Certification(s) And Experience

1. 3+ years of related experience
2. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering
3. Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
4. Experience drafting patent applications (AI/ML/LLMs, web applications, telecommunications, software, integrated circuits, etc.)
5. Experience prosecuting patent applications

1. Competitive Compensation: $190,000 - $250,000
