Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate on Criteo’s Sponsored Products solution.  The ideal candidate should have a background in the digital industry.  This role is an account management focused role driven to grow and maintain existing relationships by leveraging their experience and knowledge of the platform to provide strategic recommendations and solutions to existing and future initiatives.

This individual will be asked to use their analytical skills and creativity to assist the Publisher Business Development team with marketing materials, quarterly brand reviews, and triaging data pain points. They will also be asked to maintain and monitor their own set of retailer marketing initiatives and provide strategic plans and recommendations to grow the business and prove the value proposition of the platform to be stronger year over year.

What will you be doing?

This role involves assisting the Publisher Development team maintain their existing relationships with various assignments and data analysis reports.  There is tremendous opportunity to learn the strategic-sales process along with client-facing skills in a guided environment.

  • Generate and analyze reporting for leading retail ecommerce players in North America
  • Maintain & grow healthy retail campaign pipeline
  • Set-Up & Launch retailer-owned campaigns
  • Managing & Optimizing retailer-owned campaigns
  • Work directly with Retailer Account Executives on ongoing campaigns and answer questions on platform
  • Manage existing relationships to ensure client retention / satisfaction and grow inventory and yield
  • Assist with creation of marketing deliverables

What do we NEED?

  • 1+ years digital media experience, ideally familiar with ecommerce and/or digital marketing
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word Document)
  • Desire to be in a client-facing role
  • A flexible and quick thinking individual able to troubleshoot both within the team and outside of the team
  • A self-motivated individual willing to think outside the box & role to generate results and growth for the team
  • Understand how to prioritize and handle multiple projects of varying importance, deadlines, and complexity at any given time
  • Ability to work in a dynamic small team environment
  • Ability to work with and across multiple teams of varying focus including – Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Product, AdOps, Technical Services
  • Ability to work in a fast moving company and industry
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
