First (Days) (United States of America) Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Director, Patient Care Services - FMC, IMC, ICU, Medical Surgical/ Pediatrics Position Status: Full-time, Day ShiftPosition Location: Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VAStandard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).Position Summary: This role will lead, direct and manage high performance teams with accountability for operations, quality, customer service and success of assigned departments and product lines. Areas of responsibility are high volume and/or have significant strategic and financial impact on current and future success of Sentara Hospitals. This role is responsible for the coordination and delivery of high-quality services which meets or exceeds customer expectations. As the Director, Patient Care Services you will contribute to the success of the hospitals through achievement of System, hospital and divisional goals, set the vision and culture, build process improvements for sustainable value-added services, as well as provide leadership and administer fiscal, corporate and human resource policies and practices in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment. Minimum Requirements:
  • BSN - Required
  • Registered Nurse License - Compact/Multi-State License
  • Nursing Leadership experience - 5 years
  • Clinical Management - 5 years
  • IMC, ICU experience - 3 years

Provides leadership and administers fiscal, Corporate and human resource policies and practices in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment.
