PURPOSE:

Expanding, optimizing and monetizing TriZetto's payer-provider solution portfolio. Acting as a product manager, responsible for the development and management of 3rd party partners that enhance our portfolio of payer provider integration strategies. Developing a vision, creating business plans, and owning a partner integration roadmap with overall management of the integrated partner lifecycle. Managing and enhancing integrated solutions with 3rd parties and helping to develop new partnership ideas based on portfolio needs, industry experience and contact with industry analysts, partners, product owners, customers and prospects. Guiding TriZetto solution packaging, standards, pricing and alignment to the TriZetto payer provider value chain. Serving in certain cases as a subject matter expert for integrated payer provider integrated solutions and how they impact the existing breadth of TriZetto's existing portfolio.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Participating in the management of the integrated partner lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for integrated portfolio solutions.
  2. Creating business cases and financial models to support the development of 3rd party integrated solutions or services.
  3. Identifying market requirements and strategies for current and future 3rd party integrations or services.
  4. Ensuring consistency between portfolio products and client messaging.
  5. Providing strategic support to other internal initiatives such as marketing and collateral development.
  6. Contributing to and providing guidance on portfolio roadmaps to be followed by portfolio development teams.
  7. Collaborating with Product Management across the portfolio on opportunities to advance 3rd party revenue opportunities, pricing and packaging for integrated payer provider solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.

Experience: Emphasis on experience with provider electronic health records, electronic medical records and/or practice management systems. Minimum of five years product management experience with knowledge of the health care provider and payer industry. Experience with business-to-customer and consumer-facing products or portals and/or experience with health plan or provider back-office member/customer service operational management.

Technical Competencies:

  • Expertise within the provider healthcare domain and non-health care technology business models.
  • Expertise in drawing insights from market trends, distilling complex information into concise messaging and presentations.
  • Expertise in packaging, monetization and marketing approaches.
  • Expertise in forming new, mutually beneficial partnership relationships with 3rd parties.
