St. Bernard Academy (Nashville, TN) seeks an experienced Director of Advancement to implement development, stewardship, and communications programs for the school.

This role will advance the mission of St. Bernard Academy by:

1. Cultivating and securing outside financial support.
2. Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and community partners.
3. Managing the donor database.
4. Overseeing gift acknowledgement processes.

The Director of Advancement:

1. Directs and manages all external school communications.
2. Assists in various school initiatives.
3. Reports to the Head of School.
4. Manages the Advancement Services Coordinator (full-time) and Data Coordinator (part-time) staff members.
