Sr. Associate - Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MES Val & Automated Testing, MES Val & Manual Testing, MES L4/L3 & L2 Integration, and Rockwell FTPS. Experience in COTS Products (LS Mfg & SC) is a plus. This role is based in our office and operates during day shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the implementation and validation of MES systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
2. Oversee automated and manual testing processes to guarantee the highest quality of MES solutions.
3. Provide technical expertise in MES L4/L3 & L2 Integration to optimize system performance and reliability.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute testing strategies for MES solutions.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all testing and validation activities.
6. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for testing procedures, results, and system configurations.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MES systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
8. Conduct regular reviews and updates of testing protocols to align with evolving industry best practices.
9. Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development and technical skill enhancement.
10. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights for project planning and execution.
11. Utilize Rockwell FTPS to enhance system integration and data management capabilities.
12. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of MES systems.
13. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in project progress.

Qualifications

1. Possess strong expertise in MES Val & Automated Testing.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in MES Val & Manual Testing.
3. Have extensive experience in MES L4/L3 & L2 Integration.
4. Show proficiency in using Rockwell FTPS.
5. Experience with COTS Products (LS Mfg & SC) is a plus.
6. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
7. Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
