About the Role:
We are looking for a B2B Sales Director (Technology Services) with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions, to join our Sales Team and help spearhead our growth.
As a Sales Director, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our world-class Sales team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
• Attend relevant events, network, and meet with potential clients face-to-face
• Originate and nurture business relationships at national and local events, industry trade shows, panels, and other venues where you can meet potential clients
• Present our client’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of prospects' senior executives.
• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
• Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy clients’ needs and achieve desired business outcomes.
• Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
• Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.
Here’s what we are looking for:
• Sales expert, passionate about selling technology solutions.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a sales/client solutions agent.
• A proven track record of revenue generation, client retention, and sales target achievement.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
• Experience selling nearshore IT professional services and/or services is a BIG plus.
• Native English speaker or bilingual (English).
