Are You: * Effective in obtaining and analyzing data to identify trends/issues and acts quickly to implement solutions? * Collaborative in building and maintaining productive working relationships based on mutual trust at all levels in the organization? As the Portfolio Analyst, you will maintain strong investor relationships; prepare monthly payment reports, process adjustments, and facilitate payments to various new and existing investors. A Day in the Life * Ensure customer and investor satisfaction and maintain consistent process efficiencies. * Work with other team members to determine requirements for new initiatives and/or programs. * Lead the industry in customer experience by consistently meeting quality goals of accuracy and cycle time. * Identify, recommend, or develop system enhancements, tools, and metrics to eliminate servicing errors. * Assist with the accuracy and relevance of data processes. * Manage delinquent accounts with internal groups and keep investors in the loop on collection progress. * Support, enable, and execute cross-functional initiatives, as directed by the Lead Portfolio Analyst and or Syndication Technical Manager. * Proactively anticipate issues by validating metrics and audits * Manage customer/partner data, and reporting needs, and closely monitor mainframe and financial systems and other IT processes. * Assist with any special projects, as necessary. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred, in lieu of degree will consider blend of education and experience * 5 years of related experience in finance, accounting, project management, or financial operations * 3-5 years of specialized Syndication Servicing experience, working with investors and various syndication partners or similar Customer service Banking or Investor Relationship experience. * Advanced proficiency in Excel * Exceptional Data analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and verbal) * Experience managing complex projects and teams What's in it for You * A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability * Comprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness * Additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays) Applicants will be required to undergo a background check only if and after a conditional offer of employment has been extended.
