About this opportunity:

Welcome to an empowering role as a Treasury Manager/ Treasury Analyst. The Treasury Manager/Treasury Analyst for the GNP business unit will be instrumental in managing the capital for a strategic new company. This is a ground floor opportunity to drive creation of the treasury function and deliver value from day one. Your role will be pivotal in turning financial risks into profitable opportunities and secure operations.

What you will do:

  • Manage cash across multiple legal entities and currencies
  • Prepare and maintain detailed cash forecast, including burn rate
  • Secure availability of funding solutions and facilities, propose dividends and optimize capital structure (debt vs. equity) for Holding and subsidiaries.
  • Measure and Analyze FX, Liquidity and Refinancing risk exposures and ensure risk mitigation
  • Build and maintain strong bank and service provider relationships
  • Advise the business on contract terms, including payment terms
  • Participate in automation initiatives that drive efficiency and cost control
  • Manage risks proactively by understanding and participating in the business
  • Oversee and maintain the insurance portfolio with external broker
  • Manage the capitalization table in conjunction with other functions
  • Support book close and audit activities

The skills you bring:

  • 8+ years relevant experience as a treasury professional
  • Experience supporting multi-entity/multi-currency businesses.
  • Telecommunications background advantageous.
  • Previous exposure to Enterprise customers.
  • High level of analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly disciplined and structured delivering Operational excellence.
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high levels of tact, integrity and confidentiality
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. Master's degree a plus.
  • Candidates with Treasury certifications are encouraged.

Your Pay

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Washington, New York, New Jersey, and District of Columbia: $142,600.00 - $213,800.00

California: $142,600 - $233,600

All other US locations: $132,000 - $198,000

STV: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Financial Security

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson's 401(k) plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and up to a 4% company match, leading to a maximum company contribution of 7% annually. Employees will also receive company paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage and paid company short-term and long-term disability benefits. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.

Your Time

Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 11 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Those with additional vacation time at the end of the year may sell one week of vacation, equal to a week of pay. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of maternity/medical leave, 6 weeks of paternity or adoption leave at 100% of pay, and medical leave at 100% or 66 2/3% of pay, based on length of service.
